Conduct During Rental

The Client agrees to conduct its event in an orderly, respectful manner. Spare Me Bowl & Arcade retains the right to exclude or remove from the premises any person acting objectionably, illegally, or destructively during the rental, without liability. Spare Me Bowl & Arcade will not serve alcohol to those under the legal age to consume alcohol and will not allow underage consumption during the rental.

Maximum Capacity

Private event spaces may not exceed the maximum capacity set forth in the above agreement.

Damages and Liability

Spare Me Bowl & Arcade highly values its interior design, decoration, furnishings, fixtures, and lighting features. Client agrees to be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear to any of Spare Me Bowl & Arcade. The Client further agrees to be fully responsible for any personal injuries or harm to others’ property suffered or incurred as a result of the rental or of Client’s or Client’s guests’ use of the restaurant. Client further agrees to hold Spare Me Bowl & Arcade harmless from any injury or harm caused by Client or any of Client’s guests.

Deposit

Client is aware and agrees that the above credit card information is given as a deposit. 25% of Minimum must be paid at time of signing. 30 days prior to the event, an additional 25% of the Minimum must be paid (totaling 50% of overall Minimum thus far). Finally, 14 days prior to the event, the remaining 50% of the Minimum must be paid in full. The card given above will be charged for all deposits unless alternative payment has been arranged (supplemental documentation required). Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation or delays due to inclement weather and emergency situations will be handled on an individual basis.
